- Device Fabrication and Evaluation: Device MOSFETs, CMOS, Photodetector, Solar cells
- Design and Simulation: SCAPS-1D, AFORS-HET, AMPS-1D, DFT.
Warmly welcome and open to collaborative/joint research, discussion, and facility support on the growth of layered semiconductor and high-k dielectric materials and fabrication of practical devices (MOSFETs, Photodetectors, Solar cells), and their evaluation, contributing to advanced semiconductor and device technology and zero carbon neutrality.
